Apple Consultant
Tracie Karasik founded TLKmultimedia in 2012 with one main goal in mind: to help people. It just so happens to be that she has expert skills and talents as a cinematographer, video editor, photographer, Apple technology consultant, and business owner. She loves using her skillset to help people - with heart, care, compassion, great service and attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passionate drive to ultimately make a positive difference in the lives of others.
She has gone on to receive prestigious awards and national recognition. Tracie was awarded Young Woman Entrepreneur of the Year (2017) by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Ventura County, as well as being honored as one of the 40 Under 40 Award recipients by the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce in 2019.
Tracie has experience in multimedia departments of the film industry, has 3.5 years experience working at Apple, Inc., and 15 years experience working in the Apple technology field. Tracie also serves as Board Member on the Westlake High School Innovative Technology (WIT) Academy Advisory Committee, where she advises and collaborates with Academy teachers on curriculum, certification, industry trends, and employment opportunities.
Her photography work has been published in the Los Angeles Times, The Acorn Newspapers, Conejo View Magazine (front cover and inside articles), Westlake Malibu Magazine, Carats & Cake (wedding photography), Life After 50 Magazine, San Fernando Valley Business Journal, Amgen marketing brochures, and many prominent publications, websites and social media accounts.
Tracie has also been a guest on the podcast “Millennial Success Stories” and her episode, “Network Your Way to Success with Tracie Karasik” was tied for first place as the top most downloaded episode of the Season 1.

Will DaRosa, Cinematographer/DP
Will DaRosa has been an integral part of the TLKmultimedia video team. He is a Los Angeles based cinematographer whose vast body of work has screened at numerous film festivals, aired on several networks and has been viewed millions of times on YouTube. A selection of his branded content clients include: Ring, PDQ, NTWRK, Bezalel, Rush Crush, Kulagy, Redline Bicycles, Nexgen Performance and Rapanui Clothing.
Alex Rodriguez, Cinematographer/Editor
Alex is a fantastic member of the TLKmultimedia video team. He is a filmmaker with a focus on cinematography, editing, and even does acting! For the past 8 years, Alex has been working on weddings, music videos, real estate videos, content creation, along with short, and feature films. He graduated with a degree in Film & Television from Fullerton College.
Nicole Catherine, Photographer
Nicole is a member of the TLKmultimedia photo team and is endlessly inspired by natural light, genuine moments and effortless poses. As a fine-art photographer with a BFA in photography, her style incorporates a mix of candid and portraiture, allowing her to capture people and their personalities from all perspectives. In alignment with the TLKmultimedia brand, she loves connecting with our clients on a personal level and making their event, wedding, or photo shoot experience unforgettable.
Josh Smith, Cinematographer/Editor
Josh started his filmmaking journey as a kid making backyard videos with his brothers. That joy turned into a passion for photography and filmmaking in college where he started Shed Light Photography & Cinema. He is an avid content creator under the Youtube Channel Shed Light Media where he helps build up photographers, cinematographers, and Youtube Creators. Josh loves working on the TLKmltimedia team to produce amazing content!
Michael Broussard, Cinematographer/Editor
Michael Broussard has been apart of the TLKmultimedia video team for quite some time. He started his career at Nickelodeon before starting his production company Living Locket Films. In addition to running his company, he is currently the Executive Producer, Showrunner and Director of HIRED airing on CBS and Amazon Prime. He is always thrilled to work alongside TLKmultimedia and is proud to be partnered with such a great company.
Josh Karasik, Cinematographer/Editor/Drone Operator
From an early age, Josh has always been interested in storytelling through video and uses amazing technology to do that. His work is always high quality and his creativity is off the charts! He’s worked on various projects as an editor, drone operator, and cinematographer on projects such as ABC’s Shark Tank submission video for Yard Card, promotional videos for universities, privates schools, events, and more. He’s currently attending Moorpark College while working towards obtaining his Bachelor’s degree. Josh is one of the most fun, professional, and reliable people to work with, and he is a valued part of the TLKmultimedia team!
Connor Soules, Gaffer/Lighting
Conor works as a gaffer (chief lighting technician) on the TLKmultimedia video team. He manages the lighting on a wide variety of productions. His credits include feature films, tv shows, music videos, and commercials.
